What is All-on-4 BFC Journey?
The All-on-4 BFC Journey restores a full set of teeth with just 4 implants. Fixed, secure, and natural-feeling — all in a single day.
Does it hurt? How long is the recovery?
During the procedure, local anesthesia will be administered, so you will not feel any pain. For additional comfort, you may also choose nitrous oxide (laughing gas), which helps you feel more relaxed. After the treatment, no long recovery period is required—you will be able to resume your daily activities within minutes.
Additional fee: 10,000 THB per jaw for nitrous oxide sedation
Is there a warranty?
The BFC Journey All-on-4 Program comes with a lifetime warranty covering the dental implants, abutments, and ceramic bridges.
Can I live normally and eat solid food?
With All-on-4 implants, you can enjoy a function close to natural teeth—speak clearly and smile with confidence. For eating, if you choose an acrylic bridge, it is recommended to avoid very hard or sticky foods to reduce the risk of fracture. On the other hand, a ceramic bridge provides greater strength, better chewing ability, and the closest experience to natural teeth.
Who is eligible? Are special tests required?
Anyone who has lost multiple teeth—due to age, accident, or complete tooth loss—can undergo evaluation as long as they are in generally good health.
How much does it cost? Can installments?
Starting from 250,000 THB, with 0% interest installments up to 10 months.
Does the treatment take long?
No long waits — the All-on-4 BFC Journey is designed to be completed in just 1 day.* (*Depends on the patient’s health and dentist’s assessment.)
How is different from regular dentures?
Regular dentures can be loose, uncomfortable, and require removal. The All-on-4 BFC Journey is firmly anchored, stays in place, and functions like natural teeth for clear speech and easy chewing.
For patients from out of town?
BFC Dental provides complimentary shuttle service between the clinic and the airport for your convenience. In addition, we offer free hotel accommodation at Novotel for patients undergoing dental implant surgery. However, please note that hotel accommodation is not included for follow-up visits (e.g., at 6 months or 1 year).
