More affordable than home — but not the cheapest option in Southeast Asia. Designed for expats who came to Thailand for the lifestyle and stayed for the healthcare standard.

Same surgeon. Same Swiss implants. Same protocol. We don't have separate "expat pricing" or "tourist pricing" tiers. If you ever feel you've been quoted differently than a local patient would be, ask us directly — we'll show you our pricing structure. This is core to how we operate in a city where you'll talk to other expat patients.
How the treatment timeline works (surgery, temporary teeth, and recovery)
How we honestly compare to Vietnam, Bali, and provincial Thai clinic
"What if something goes wrong after I leave?" — our aftercare protocol
The only dental center in Thailand to receive this prestigious designation from Neodent — the world's leading implant system used in 80+ countries. Demonstrates the highest level of clinical skill, volume, and patient outcomes.
Accredited by well-established international implant brand Neodent by Straumann Group — a testament to our experience, volume, and patient trust. Our team places 1,000+ implants and 200+ full arches every year. BFC recieved NeoArch Champion Award in 2026.
Joint Commission International accreditation is the gold standard for international healthcare quality. Only a fraction of Thailand's clinics hold this designation — it means care to the same standard as top hospitals in the US, UK, and Europe.
Awarded by Neodent for performing 200+ All-on-X arches and placing 1,000+ implants annually — two years running. One of the highest-volume implant centers in Southeast Asia.
With 1,000+ implants and 200+ full arches placed every year, BFC Dental Implant Center's clinical team has the experience that only comes from consistent, high-volume practice — a key predictor of implant success rates.
A dedicated English-speaking patient coordinator, fluent English-speaking staff & dentists, complimentary clinic transfers, and — if you're travelling in from elsewhere in Thailand — a 4-star hotel and VIP airport pickup. Your whole visit is managed end-to-end.
Exclusively Neodent implants — Swiss-engineered, used in 80+ countries, with a Lifetime Warranty. Same brand as premium clinics in the US and Europe.
Our coordinators, doctors, and support team communicate fluently in English. International patients receive a dedicated care coordinator throughout their journey.
This is not a same-day prosthesis — you receive your new set of teeth (temporary) within 24 hours of surgery. Plan around 3–4 days for one jaw or 4–5 days for two jaws, including your recheck visit. Recovery takes 3–6 months, then you return for a 3–5 day trip for your permanent prosthesis.
Suvarnabhumi Airport has direct flights from 100+ cities. BFC Dental Implant Center is only 20 minutes from the airport with our complimentary VIP transfer.
Same THB price our Thai patients pay. No separate "expat pricing" tier. Verify by asking — we'll show you our pricing structure directly.
Book a video call with our specialist from anywhere in the world. Share your X-rays or photos and receive a personalised treatment plan and all-inclusive quote.
Our VIP driver meets you at arrivals. Day 1 includes a 3D CBCT scan, digital impressions, and a full treatment plan walkthrough with Dr. Jacky.
Surgery under local anaesthesia or optional nitrous oxide sedation. Overnight, your premium Ivoclar acrylic temporary bridge is fabricated and fitted the following morning — you leave with a complete, functional smile.
After 3–6 months of osseointegration, return for a 3–5 day trip (booked in advance) to receive your permanent full-contour zirconia bridge by Ivoclar — the gold standard in strength, aesthetics, and longevity. Remote check-ins throughout healing.
Your implants need time to fully integrate with the bone (osseointegration) before the final prosthesis can be precisely fitted. You go home with a fully functional temporary bridge — you can eat, smile, and speak normally throughout this period.
Precisely angled implants placed in a single surgery, with fixed provisional teeth within 24 hours — you never leave without teeth. For patients with limited or thin bone, our team uses advanced approaches such as Pterygoid implants and Palatal Approach implants, so even complex cases can be treated without bone grafting — part of how we maintain a 0% implant rejection rate.
Most clinics outsource their prosthetics — adding weeks of shipping and back-and-forth. BFC runs a private, on-site lab with ARUM SX-450 milling machines and full-time master technicians. Your bridge is designed, milled, and finished under one roof, timed precisely to your surgery — 100% control over fit, quality, and turnaround.

"My local dentist offered me All-on-4."
"What about Bali — it's right next door?"
"Vietnam is cheaper and the flight is short."
"I could fly home and use my familiar dentist.
We lock your price in Thai baht. When the baht is weak (it usually is), your saving in your home currency is even bigger.
The comparison is the all-inclusive equivalent back home. There you'd pay extra for extractions, bone grafting and medications — here they're included.
The only thing not included: optional nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation — just ฿10,000 / arch (≈ USD $300 · AUD $450 · EUR €280), a fraction of the home-country price.
"Will I pay farang prices?"
"How well does the team communicate in English?"
"Will I get the same specialist I see in marketing?"
"What if I leave Thailand in a few years — will my implants be serviceable?"
"I'm in Phuket / Chiang Mai / Samui — how do I get to Bangkok?"
"What if something feels off after I'm back home in my province?"

“I would like to thank you again for the nice, incredibly competent and professional work. I’m so happy that I chose your clinic! I wish you, the whole team, and of course Dr. Jacky all the best. I am infinitely grateful!”
“I’m from Germany and I got a new overdenture. It is exactly the same as my broken denture. I am very impressed of BFC Dental Clinic and I will tell all my friends to come here. The doctor and staff are very friendly. I can say thank you very much for the good treatment.”
“I recently had All-on-6 surgery performed by Dr. Jacky. He explained my options clearly and talked me through every step. The surgery went smoothly and my recovery has been going well. I’m a US expat who recently retired to Thailand — I’d visited three other clinics first, but BFC’s professionalism was on another level. I highly recommend them.”

To the right or below here we have a calendar for patients who want a complete treatment plan, itemised quote, and personal conversation with our english-fluent professional patient coordinator team before flying. Pick a time from the calendar.
Included: implants (your selected brand), the prosthesis (Premium Acrylic temporary, or full-contour zirconia bridge if chosen), surgery, 3D CBCT scan, all clinic appointments, medications, aftercare kit, clinic transfers, and — if you’re travelling in from elsewhere in Thailand — a free 4-star hotel near the clinic for all the nights necessary to complete your treatment (the number varies by case). Not included: your flights and any additional extractions needed beyond standard planning. Optional add-on: nitrous oxide (laughing gas) sedation +฿10,000/arch (≈ USD $300 · AUD $450 · EUR €280). Everything is discussed transparently before treatment starts.
Yes. The THB price you see is the same THB price our Thai patients pay. We don’t have separate “expat pricing” or “tourist pricing” tiers. How to verify: ask us directly during your consultation — we’ll show you our pricing structure. We operate in a city where you’ll talk to other expat patients about us, so financial transparency is core to our reputation. Note: this doesn’t mean we’re the cheapest Thai clinic — provincial clinics with lower overhead can quote lower. We’re a Bangkok specialist clinic with JCI accreditation and 100+ annual All-on-4 case volume. That has a price floor.
Honestly, yes — Vietnam (Saigon/Hanoi) is typically 15-25% cheaper than us for All-on-4. The price difference is real. The trade-offs are also real: (1) Few to none JCI-accredited dental clinics in Vietnam. (2) Limited fluent English outside top-tier hospitals — a problem for surgical consent forms and recovery instructions. (3) Most Vietnamese clinics use Korean Osstem/Dentium implants rather than Swiss systems — your future dentist anywhere in the world may not be able to service them. (4) If you’re back in Thailand and have a complication, Vietnam clinics can’t help. Vietnam is reasonable for routine treatment. For full-mouth surgery you’ll live with for 30 years, the trade-off isn’t worth the savings for most expats — that’s why we keep getting Vietnam-returnee patients.
For most patients, recovery proceeds as planned. If something does feel off, your coordinator is on WhatsApp/LINE — typical response within 2 business hours. Most concerns (mild swelling, food caught somewhere, gum tenderness) we can address remotely with photos and instructions. For urgent symptoms (significant swelling 5+ days post-op, fever, severe pain): we’ll guide you to the nearest qualified medical facility in your area for immediate assessment while we coordinate your case remotely. You should also fly back to Bangkok within 24-48 hours for in-person review. Scheduled video check-ins happen at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months regardless.
Often, yes. Provincial clinics with low full-arch case volume sometimes turn down complex cases (insufficient bone, prior implant failures, medically complex patients) that high-volume specialist clinics routinely handle. What we’d want to see: your most recent panoramic X-ray (or CBCT if available), your dental history, and any relevant medical conditions. Send these on WhatsApp — Dr. Jacky reviews personally and tells you honestly if BFC is or isn’t the right place. If we can’t help, we’ll say so directly. We’re not interested in starting cases we can’t finish well
All visa statuses welcome. We don’t have Thai ID requirements — just a valid passport for identification. The treatment itself doesn’t require any specific visa type. Practical consideration: our short trip structure fits within all standard visa allowances, including the new 30-day visa-exemption window. DTV, retirement visa, work permit, tourist visa — all fine. If you’re on a work permit, your treatment fits within standard short-leave windows.
Not a problem — our short trip structure completes your treatment well within any standard visa window. Most expats finish their first trip in around 3–5 days (3–4 days for one jaw, 4–5 days for two jaws, including the recheck visit). The 30-day visa exemption gives you far more time than you actually need. Your follow-up trip 3–6 months later is similarly short at 3–5 days. Practical implication: the visa change has effectively zero impact on BFC patients given our compressed treatment timeline.
Yes — and here’s why it’s specifically a good move before you leave Thailand. Doing it now in Thailand at ฿500K (both arches, all-inclusive) vs. doing it later in your home country at AUD $25–35K+ / USD $33K+ / GBP £20K+ per arch saves you significant money. The implants we use (Neodent, Nobel Biocare, Straumann) are serviced by qualified dentists in any developed country worldwide. Your Implant Passport documents everything your future dentist needs. The implants themselves carry a lifetime warranty. The only consideration: you’ll want to complete both trips before leaving Thailand — surgery + temporary teeth first trip, permanent prosthesis 3–6 months later. Plan accordingly.
Provincial expat-friendly clinics are excellent for routine dentistry — cleanings, fillings, single implants, crowns. Full-arch surgery is a different category for four reasons: (1) Volume: BFC places 1,000+ implants and 200+ full arches per year. Most provincial clinics do 5-15. Clinical volume matters for outcomes. (2) Accreditation: JCI accreditation is rare outside Bangkok hospitals — it’s the international gold standard. (3) Specialist: Full-arch treatment is best handled by an experienced implantologist, not a generalist dentist. (4) Implant brands: Provincial clinics often use mid-tier Korean implants rather than Swiss systems. We’d happily refer you to a trusted provincial colleague for routine work. For All-on-4, the volume + specialist + accreditation combination matters.
Better than you’d expect. Tropical climate has some advantages for healing — warm temperatures support circulation and tissue recovery. Humidity is generally fine if you have AC (universal in expat accommodations). The standard recovery protocol is the same anywhere: soft foods for 2 weeks, no smoking, no alcohol for 72 hours post-op, careful oral hygiene. What to avoid in tropical Thailand specifically: swimming/saltwater for the first 7-10 days (infection risk), beach activities first 2 weeks, intense sun exposure during recovery (dehydration). If you live in Phuket or an island, recovery in your air-conditioned home is actually quite comfortable compared to flying somewhere cold for surgery.
Almost certainly yes. We routinely treat patients into their 80s. Age alone is not a contraindication for All-on-4 — what matters is your medical condition, not your birthday. Standard pre-op assessment covers: cardiovascular status, diabetes management, blood pressure, any anticoagulant medications, bone density. For patients with controlled chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, heart conditions on stable medications), All-on-4 is safely performed with appropriate medical clearance. We require recent blood work and a physical clearance letter from your GP — your home-country GP is fine, we don’t require a Thai GP visit. If your case has additional medical complexity, Dr. Jacky may consult with your GP directly before treatment.
Not required — but always welcome. Dr. Jacky and your coordinator both speak fluent English. All consent forms, post-op instructions, and aftercare protocols are in English. You’ll have no issue understanding everything if English is your primary language. That said: many expats appreciate having their Thai partner present for moral support, second perspective, or to help with logistics (taxi instructions, food orders during recovery). Children are welcome in our waiting area. We’re a family-medicine clinic that happens to specialize in implants — bringing family doesn’t change anything about how we treat your case.
